Introduction to Fusing and Slumping
In this class, you will use Bullseye glass to create two plates. Using your choice of color in sheet glass, frit, and stringers, and your creativity, you will make something unique. Your first plate will be designed as instructed to get you comfortable with cutting glass, and the basic way fused pieces need to be assembled. The second plate will be designed by you. After your class, we’ll put your plate in the kiln overnight and the next day, they go into the kiln in a mold, ready to be picked up and used by the following week! All glass and materials you use are included in the cost of the class.
